90s Navy Tulip Print Midi Skirt

I absolutely love the large tulip floral print on this classic midi skirt from the 90s. Made in USA. Zipper in back. Incredibly soft and a bit of flow towards the ankles. Wonderful to throw a cropped sweater over. 100% Rayon.
