Vintage Black Rose Floral Pleated Midi Skirt

Sigh...it doesn't get any more romantic than this midi. Black & pink floral print with the prettiest pleats and functional pockets. Fabric unknown, but very sturdy. Love this with a chambray top and fringe earrings, or go simple with sandals and a T.
