Vintage Victorian-Inspired Navy Ribbon Blouse

Sigh...it's almost as if this blouse jumped right out of a Victorian-era novel. Lovely navy ribbon trimmed along the ruffle and ties right at the neckline. I love the sweet triple-ribbon trim along the sleeves as well. I would wear light-wash jeans and mules with this feminine blouse. Polyester/Cotton blend.
