Dying over this classic, navy polka-dot midi dress with collar, tie-waist and pretty pleats. The classic white buttons down the bodice are a subtle but pretty detail. I would add chunky brown sandals, a market basket and fringe earrings to this pretty dress. 100% Rayon. Made in Sri Lanka.
